Adstream launches new customisable tool to assist with transporting ads to broadcasters

ADSTREAM.jpgadstream, the advertising distribution and workflow specialist, has launched adstream Backhaul, an innovative new service offering broadcasters a customisable tool to aid in transporting TV commercials and promos between various broadcasters and partners in their network.

This service is a first for adstream in Australia and offers a number of advantages, including:

–       Easy renaming of files to suit site specifications

–       Processing of missing lists

–       An approval process that releases only what is needed when it is needed

–       Operative across multiple offices and time zones

–       Internal promos and TVCs can be stored in one location and accessed and repurposed on demand

LA-based E! Entertainment Television went live with this workflow andmost of its functionalities early this month. Comcast InternationalMedia Group Executive Director, Traffic & Operations StephenHannant said: “We are very pleased with the ease and efficiency offeredby adstream through this service.  It has allowed seamless workflowbetween FOXTEL, MCN and our play-out in LA.”
