Equilibrium is looking for a creative mid-weight Art Director. You need to be able to come up with great conceptual ideas and put them down in polished mac visuals with a designer's eye. You'll be joining a growing agency that has a good mix of traditional and digital work.

Equilibrium's also looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Digital Designer. Your role will see you hands-on in digital design, front-end development and the content management of new and existing websites. In collaboration with the team, you will at various stages work across the full spectrum of digital media including mobile, social, EDMs and online advertising campaigns.

Ideally, you'll be energetic and looking to take a step up in your career by working alongside our experienced creative team. You'll also have: 2+ years of commercial web design and production experience, knowledge of HTML/CSS and Adobe Creative Suite and an understanding of web design principles including usability, interface design and information architecture
