Key responsibilities of this role include:
 ·       Attaining individual sales targets by securing revenue from small media agencies and direct clients.
·       Maintaining and grow existing client and agency revenue year on year and introduce new client and agency revenue.
·       Developing and maintaining solid relationships at agency and client level and provide an outstanding level of service to your agencies and direct clients.
·       Possess a detailed knowledge of clients within your agencies and keep abreast of agency personnel and movements within the general market place.
·       Preparation of sales proposals, administration of internal sales cycle and provision of client service support.
·       Sales systems administration, coordination of sales reports and preparation of adhoc reports and general office administration.
·       Possess well developed product knowledge of all products and clients' needs and use this knowledge to provide targeted and relevant solutions to clients.
·       Proving assistance to the State Sales Manager.

  • Customer service focus - receiving and responding to customer and member enquiries

  • Management of member database
  • Report writing and campaign measurement
  • Liaison with suppliers
  • Assisting with development of marketing campaigns and promotional materials
To be successful in this position you will have:
  • High level of computer proficiency with Microsoft packages, particularly Word and Excel
  • 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience with marketing CRM systems
  • Understanding of database management
  • Strong customer service focus and confidence in dealing with our members over the phone and in person
  • Excellent written and communication skills on all levels
  • Initiative and willingness to assist where necessary
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
