Perth’s Scott Dungate puts on the boots for Nike

Nike.jpgNike has launched their “My Time Is Now” campaign for the 2012 European championship, promoting a new generation of football players and the Clash Collection boot collection. There is an Australian connection to the three-minute extravaganza developed out of Wieden + Kennedy London – former 303 Perth creative Scott Dungate is one of the creators.

After leaving 303 Dungate worked in Thailand and China freelancing at various agencies before joining Wieden + Kennedy Shanghai and eventually moving to London.

The commercial shows a soccer match between France and Holland being invaded by young players from Nike’s scouting program “The Chance,” that recruited 100 players from 50 countries. There are plenty of cameos in the commercial, shot in London, Barcelona and Madrid by director Adam Berg from Stink.
