Our client is seeking a Digital Production - Traffic Manager in their Perth Head Office, resourcing projects on a national basis across Australia. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be the vital link between production and client services.

You will be responsible for the allocation of projects to appropriate resources and manage the resource planning schedule.

The position requires the candidate to possess strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, as well as deep and diverse experience in agency production management.

As the successful candidate you will have:
  • 3 + years of production / traffic management experience in digital agency or technology services firm;
  • A good understanding of digital production process;
  • The ability to deal with all types of personalities and resources including creative's, project managers, technical developers, testers and user experience experts;
  • Expertise in coordinating multiple on-going projects, negotiating timelines and resources;
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS);

  • Demonstrated experience with SAS working with "big data" at a statistical level.
  • Experience using software version control systems (e.g. Subversion or MS Team Foundation Server).
  • Team leadership experience.
