The commercial tells the story of one young man's cycle of life. The story reminds us that there is always an element of luck in what happens to us but that we also have to be willing to take chances when opportunities come our way.

"The night was an unprecedented success," said PADC President, Spencer Battista. "This year, we were aiming to set a new standard in both the calibre of entries received and prestige attached to the award ceremony. I am thrilled we were able to achieve this."

Battista paid tribute to the generosity of PADC's sponsors, which include The West Australian newspaper, Curtin University, 6PR, 96fm, The Sunday Times, Channel 10, mix94.5, 92.9, Ad Stream, WA today, Image Source, Sound Byte, Sandbox, Split Screen, John Cheese, Brainstorm, Print Logic, Getting Hectic, King Man Visual and Staccato.
