AGENCY SALES COORDINATOR - THE WEST AUSTRALIAN
The West Australian Agency team are looking for a smart and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join the Sales Team.

Duties involve providing essential sales and administration support to the sales manager and sales executives, processing bookings and alterations; handling telephone enquiries from media agencies.

It is essential that you possess high levels of drive and initiative with excellent organisational skills and can handle the pressure of deadlines. Previous experience in a similar role and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Excel would be highly regarded. A sense of fun and teamwork also helps in a busy environment.

To complement your existing skills we will provide thorough training in all facets of advertising support.

DESIGN AFICIONADO - ADVERTISING AND DESIGN AGENCY
Vinten Browning is looking for a talented, energetic and personable Design Junkie to join their team.

The key factors that will determine your success within their agency include the following:

IN-STORE LOCAL MARKETING MANAGER (FULL TIME)

We're looking for a full-time in-store Marketing Manager to lead the local in-store marketing team.

Reporting to the IKEA Perth Store Manager, your key area of responsibility will be to implement strategies aimed at increasing visitors to the store in order to strengthen sales. This will be done by attracting new customers and increasing visitation (and spend) by existing customers.

In this role, you will liaise with the Store Commercial Team to ensure store activities (promotions, events etc) are implemented effectively and will co-ordinate the information and elements required (by the Service Office Marketing Team) to produce advertising materials.

You will be responsible for public relations and in-store events and activities. You will also conduct local research projects when required and oversee the distribution of communication material such as the catalogue, brochures and flyers within the store.

You will be assisted by the In-store Activities Coordinator.
