Each spot asks what you would do when you're so rich that money doesn't matter anymore.

Why can't Lotterywest do anything close to this fun and entertaining. What happened to them? They used to do great ads that made me laugh. Is it the agency or the client?

It's the planners. They want to do all the dour feel-good stuff about helping people because greed is not an good insight. Clients lap it up because it make them feel all warm inside. That's what happens when you lose the initiative to other departments in the agency, "Creative" becomes "reaCtive"
