SHED takes to the streets again for Heartkids WA

Shed 5.jpgFriday was HeartKids WA's street appeal day in the city. And, in the latest installment to SHED's StreetHeart campaign, pedestrians in the busy Murray Street Mall were invited to make a donation and sign two billboard skins with their own personal message of support.

The skins were printed by Direct Image and displayed on the Evoke trailer towed by the Evoke Hummer. It was a real draw card, raising heaps of awareness and dollars for the cause. At the end of the day, the tins were full and close to a thousand people had taken part with each of the two skins covered in heartfelt messages of support.
Shed1.jpgOver the weekend, the skins were towed around Perth and the outer suburbs before being installed on two APN Outdoor sites on Monday.

Tracey Horsley from HeartKids WA said, "The response from the public has been overwhelming. The messages of support and hope scribed on the skins are just so encouraging to us - but even better, it has connected HeartKids with so many people who didn't know anything about us before this campaign. We had so many comments praising the originality of this campaign.

"Special thanks to Zane and the team at Evoke Media, Nick Prosser and Chris Perera at APN Outdoor, Mark Collins at Direct Image Digital Printing and our creative team Andrew Tinning, Drew Ridley and Matt Ridley."
