Cannes announces jury line-up for first five categories; Aussie judges include Ant Keogh, Russ Mitchinson, Emad Tahtouh + Dylan Harrison

Chairman.jpgCannes Lions has announced the line-up of the first five juries participating in this year’s event for the creative effectiveness, film, innovation, press and Titanium & Integrated Lions categories.   

Leading these five juries will be Dan Wieden (centre, top) chief creative officer & co-founder, Wieden + Kennedy (Titanium & Integrated Lions); Aussie expat David Droga (top, near left) founder & creative chairman of Droga5 (Innovation Lions); Marcello Serpa (bottom, far left) founder and chief creative officer of AlmapBBDO, Brazil (Press Lions); Sir John Hegarty (centre, bottom) worldwide creative director & founder of BBH (Film Lions) and Shelly Lazarus (bottom, near left) chairman emeritus of Ogilvy & Mather, USA (Creative Effectiveness Lions).

Jurors from Australia include Russ Mitchinson, planning partner from DDB Sydney in the creative effectiveness category; Ant Keogh, executive creative director from Clemenger BBDO Melbourne in the film category; Emad Tahtouh, director of creative technology from 37 Degrees in the innovation category and Dylan Harrison, executive creative director from DDB Sydney in the press category.

Delegates will also have the unique opportunity to witness the shortlisted entrants of the new Innovation Lions category presenting their technology to the jury in Cannes on Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 June.
