TheJamJar.jpgFormer Southern Cross Austereo radio account manager and Australian menswear label creator and designer Simon Hart and photographer Nigel Moyes, founder of Perth marketing firm Fiix, have joined forces in a fresh collaboration they've called The Jam Jar.

A full-service creative advertising, design and marketing agency, Subiaco-based The Jam Jar also features a southwest bureau headed up by one-time Managing Director of Ikon and Maxus, Glenn Hodgkin.
Co-owners and Directors Moyes and Hart (pictured) - who've worked with brands including Singapore Airlines, Harvey Norman, Pindan, Needham Air Conditioning, ABC Blinds, the newly-opened Hougoumont Hotel in Fremantle, and Melville Mazda - both originally hail from New Zealand but first became friends after meeting 11 years ago while working at mix94.5.

In 2011, the pair teamed up to create the Simon Hart menswear branding, paving the way for the initial concept for The Jam Jar to take shape.

"As we worked together, we realised we shared a true love of brand, a passion for contemporary modernist design, and a belief in the importance of the continuous evolution of a brand," said Moyes.

Mr Hart said: "Nigel and I are on the same page but also offer complementary approaches and we believe that it's in that space where our ideas challenge each other that truly innovative, game-changing ideas are born for our clients. We're all about stimulating and driving social change through a focus on human behaviour and the power of ideas to push boundaries in a way that helps our clients capture their markets so they can achieve significant results."
