FasterHorses_BLOG.jpgPeter Fairbrother, ex Ipsos Australia Finance and Telco Head, and ex Ipsos ASI MD SEA and India, and Veronica Mayne, ex Synovate and Ipsos Head of Qualitative have combined pedigrees to launch a new insights consultancy to the region, Faster Horses.

The company specialises in brand and communication inception, development and tracking; corporate reputation; customer engagement and evaluation; and new product/service inception and evaluation. Fairbrother and Mayne bring significant qualitative and quantitative acumen to these specialist areas.
Faster Horses also offers a uniquely broad geographic footprint in Australia (east and west coast). It also reaches into Asia Pacific through a partnership with Malaysian outfit, Green Zebras. Green Zebras is a partnership run by Steve Murphy, ex-Managing Director of Synovate and Ipsos Malaysia, and Yazid Jamian, ex-Managing Director of Research International and TNS Malaysia.

Faster Horses and Green Zebras have established an efficient and cost effective business model through a collaborative global partner network of leading-edge suppliers, including: Vision Critical, Globe Runner, Commetric, Buzzback, The Thinking Shed, Luma, Tapestry works, PMSI and Gordon & McCallum.

Commenting on the launch of their new venture, Mayne and Fairbrother said "We saw a gap in the market for an insights consultancy that builds true commercial partnerships, critically evaluates clients' issues and challenges thinking. We will harness our networks to ensure that our clients get holistic, commercial advice in relation to their business challenges. Our strong customer service ethic means that we focus strongly on attentiveness, efficiency and value."

The duo also emphasise the importance of respecting consumers too.

"In an age where gathering feedback is becoming increasingly difficult, approaches that are efficient, unobtrusive and concise are critical in delivering authentic insights. Embracing this innovative and streamlined approach, Faster Horses can only live up to its tagline: Harnessing Insights for Growth."
