Clash of the Titans - the 2016 Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief Awards ignites tomorrow night

We're almost there. Clash of the Titans - the 2016 Oasis Ball and Campaign Brief Awards - will fire up at the new Crown Perth Grand Ballroom tomorrow night from 6.30pm. Here's everything that you need to know.

New Ballroom
The Ballroom area at Crown has undergone a major renovation. It's still in the same location but has its own entry 'tunnel' now. Make sure you walk all the way through to the pre-Ball area.

Tickets please
By now everyone should have their tickets and all-important wrist bands. Being in such a public place security will be very tight, so you must be wearing your wrist band to gain access.

Best Dressed
If you're feeling particularly glamorous, come over to the Evoke Media Best Dressed at the Oasis Ball area and have your photo taken. There are some great prizes to be won including a two-night stay at Karma Resort Rottnest plus a $500 voucher for Claremont Quarter.

But don't be shy - it's on only until we start moving into the Ballroom around 7.00pm so be quick. Maybe arrive a little early to make sure we get you in!

Bring some money. Actual money.
There will be two photo booths by News Corp and SBS, a Pamper Palace for hair and make-up by News Corp, and two cocktail bars by ARN and oOh! Media that will all be operating on a cash donation basis.

You'll need some gold coins (make it $2) for the photo booths and Pamper Palace.

The bars will each be selling a special cocktail: a Cosmo 96 (Cosmopolitan on the rocks) at the ARN bar and an oOh! Fashioned (Old Fashioned) at the oOh! Media bar.

There's a limit of two cocktails per guest. A gold coin will get you one cocktail; a note will get you two.

They will open after Part 1 of the Campaign Brief Awards, and there's no change, so if you hand over a $50 note The Salvation Army thanks you for your generosity!

Win a trip to anywhere with Qatar Airways in the Raffle
The other reason you need some real, folding money is for the Raffle and there are two great prizes to be won this year.

The major prize is Return Economy Airfares for two people to any destination in the world on Qatar Airways.

Plus, for a second prize, Crown Perth have donated a $1,000 voucher to spoil yourself, family or friends.

It's just $20 for 1 ticket or $50 for 3. Tickets will be in bags on your table when you arrive so dive straight in and buy some to be in the running. They will be collected from 9.30 with the winners announced on-stage after 10.00pm.

Something for everyone in the Silent Auction
Make sure you check out all the exciting items on offer in this year's Silent Auction. 6IX has generously donated a 5 night Ski Holiday at Kosciuszko Chalet Hotel in the Snowy Mountains, NSW for the whole family to enjoy!

There are also loads of vouchers to bid on, ranging from $1,000 to spend at Crown Perth to a $200 Auto Masters voucher for 'Great Service, Guaranteed!'

Or you could be enjoying a night out to any of the stunningly powerful West Australian Ballet Performances in 2016. You can also bid on Audiofly Headphones, a signed West Coast Eagles jumper and a fabulous Electrolux Lavazza Modo Mio Coffee Machine.

We've also got all your wine needs covered with the Chairman's Selection. Thanks to the generosity of the industry's heavyweights there are two selections to bid on. Both include some top drops that would be worthy additions to any wine lover's cellar.

The Silent Auction is open from 6.30pm with the last bids taken at 10.00pm, all winning bidders will be notified on the night. Please head to the Silent Auction area just outside the Ballroom to see what is available.

The Campaign Brief Awards
The Campaign Brief Awards will once again be presented, in two parts.

Part 1 will showcase 9 exclusive creative awards for Best of Year across Press, Radio, Television, Out of Home, Online and Integrated Campaign.

Part 2 will showcase our 7 industry awards: Supernova of the Year, Media Organisation of the Year, Helen Filov Media Agency of the Year, Challenger Agency of the Year, Ad Person of the Year, Advertiser of the Year and Agency of the Year.

As always, there will be plenty of surprises and a lot to celebrate.

An epic Major Auction
The Major Auction has a huge range of media packages up for grabs, as well as an Indonesian Indulgence 3-day getaway for six people in Bali. Check out the full listings here.

N.B. Late addition - $10,000 SBS Advertising Package : $10,000 worth of advertising airtime on SBS2 or online assets, at base rate card value. To run before September 30, 2016. Placement will be at SBS discretion. Campaign can be run either WA only or as a national booking.

The Major Auction is the most important fundraising part of the night so please bid up.

Party After the Party
The main part of the evening will be all done-and-dusted by around midnight but then, thanks to hit92.9, the After Party kicks off and kicks on until 2.00am.

Get out
Last drinks will be served at 1.45am and the whole event concludes at 2.00am. But hey - you're at Crown so there are plenty of places to go if you want to keep going (like Jon Bon Jovi said, live while you're alive, sleep when you're dead!).

Whenever you leave, please make sure you get home safely. We want you back next year.
