HylandTurpinSullivanWilliams_Meerkats_BLOG.jpgContinuing a run of recent hires for the agency, Meerkats has dropped the average age of the creative department by adding two of this year's standout AWARD School students, Luke Williams (right) and Anneliese Sullivan (in picture, not recently deceased), along with Chris Hyland (left) in Design and Kitty Turpin (centre) in Studio.

Williams recently took out top honours at the Western Australia 2017 AWARD School graduation ceremony, while Sullivan joins from Longtail, where she previously worked with Meerkats Creative Director Josh Edge and Senior Creative Rikki Burns on clients including Lotterywest and ECU.
Since starting at Meerkats, she has worked on clients including Activ FoundationEFM Phone Cases, Thermomix, Synergy and BGC.

Hyland, a talented young photographer and designer, recently took out the top prize in the City of Fremantle's 2017 '25 Under 25' Art Award, which delivered an artist's residence at the Fremantle Arts Centre and exhibition space at the Moore Building Contemporary Art Gallery, while Turpin joins from ECU's Creative Industries program to bolster the Kats' production offering.

"It's always exciting to see such incredible new talent entering the building," said Edge. "We've all been inspired, and maybe a little terrified, to see the level of quality in the folios that these new guys have brought with them. It's going to be awesome to see what they do when they're all in the same room together."
