Wiese_Bain_2017_BLOG.jpgWater Corporation recently conducted a national search for a CX partner to help them further discover a range of customer insights and to help with the design and prototyping of new digital experiences.

The competitive tender process saw Meerkats chosen as the preferred partner in a great win for the business and for the Western Australian market, winning the work over a number of interstate specialist CX providers.

"This win is a significant recognition of the changes and growth in our strategic consulting offer" said Mel Wiese, Chief Strategy Officer at Meerkats (pictured above with Meerkats CEO Gavin Bain).
"Customer experience and employee experience are the ultimate connection to true purpose and the in-roads we've made in our approach to human insight has gathered real traction. Our CX methodology incorporates a number of bespoke tools and processes, which provides businesses with a IP toolkit for internal CX ideation and innovation. We're delighted the outstanding team at Water Corporation chose to work with us on this project."

The CX solution incorporates a unique co-creation component to define and solve problems. With teams working on testing and prototyping solutions, it's a highly creative and collaborative approach and has seen significant success in previous CX projects.

Gavin Bain, Meerkats CEO said, "It's fantastic to be working with Water Corporation and it's especially rewarding to see how our team is providing this level of digital transformation strategy. It's one of the many projects we have that are really showcasing our strength in business consulting, innovation and communication. It really conveys who we are.

Great to see them dip their toes into previously uncharted 'CX' waters. All within the safe sandbox of a utility with no competition. Kudos! :)
