This weekend over 1000 business and political leaders from Australia, Germany and Asia, including Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, will gather at the Crown Convention Centre for the inaugural Asia-Pacific Regional Conference.

Local agency braincells was commissioned by the German Australian Chamber of Commerce to create the brand identity and marketing materials for the conference. The logo they created, with its interlocking symbols in green, gold and red, symbolises the merging of Australian and German colours. It is a visual representation of the central theme of the conference: imagine what
Germany and Australia can achieve if we work together.

Federal Finance Minister Mathias Cormann echoed this aim.

"The Asia-Pacific Regional conference in Perth will be the largest ever get together of Australian, German and Asian business and political leaders to explore opportunities to do more business together."
