Western Power engages Bonfire to expand digital reach as energy sector undergoes major change

Western Power  - which builds, maintains and operates the electricity network in the south west corner of the State -  has appointed digital performance agency, Bonfire, to spearhead their customer reach in 2018. 

As the electricity industry undergoes significant change, Bonfire will work with Western Power to help inform the public about their energy options, as well as reaching more people with community safety messages. 

Bonfire CEO Clay Cook (pictured) said they are developing a comprehensive organic search engine marketing strategy to increase the Western Power brand's content reach and community engagement. He said this is critical to support stakeholders through a pivotal time in the evolution of the energy industry. 

"The energy landscape is going through some remarkable changes, and we appreciate the importance of Western Power in this journey," said Cook. "We look forward to working alongside this respected WA institution, to help them achieve their important organisational goals."
