Marketforce strengthens digital offering with appointment of CRM specialist Jodi Church

Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) specialist Jodi Church (pictured) has joined Marketforce as Customer Data Strategist.

Church comes with significant CRM experience, having spent years fine tuning customer data strategies to boost efficiencies and profitability using Salesforce and other CRM solutions. Jodi's position will deepen the full-service agency's digital offering in 2018.

Salesforce is the world's #1 CRM system on the cloud and last year Jodi was appointed the local user group leader for Perth. The group allows other Salesforce customers and prospective customers to witness the network of support that exists on ground that also includes talking to real life customers that have been through implementing the system to small and larger enterprise businesses.

On accepting the newly created role, Church said she was very impressed with the holistic marketing strategy Marketforce offers its clients.

"I'm really excited to introduce this broader scope of services to the Perth market that will make us unique," she said.

Throughout her career, Church has worked with a diverse range of clients from house-hold names to small businesses. Significantly, she was instrumental in introducing Salesforce to the WA market.

Jodi's appointment is part of the digital expansion and data driven approach Marketforce has been focusing on in recent years.

Marketforce will host the February Salesforce User Group Session on Thursday 15 February, 4:30pm-6:30pm at Marketforce Offices, 1314 Hay Street, West Perth.
