Campaign via 303 MullenLowe opens a window on The Corsini Collection for Art Gallery WA

Hunted by soldiers, watched over by saints: a new campaign for Art Gallery WA opens a window on the tales of passion, politics, personalities and love that inspired the private art collection of the Corsini family - one of Florence's most eminent families. Featuring Renaissance and Baroque paintings by Italian artists such as Botticelli, Tintoretto, Caravaggio and Pontormo, A Window on Italy - The Corsini Collection: Masterpieces from Florence opened on February 24.

303ML Creative Lead and Writer, Dean Hunt, said: "Not only is this collection a magnificent representation of Renaissance Italian art - the paintings themselves have amazing stories to tell. To have them survive hundreds of years to arrive here in Perth is an incredible coup for W.A. A big thank you to everyone involved."
"This is the first time this collection has left the city it's called home for 500 years and toured outside Italy. It will be the only showing in Australia, so we wanted a campaign that entices people to experience the exhibition by hinting of the incredible stories surrounding the history of each painting," said Chris Travers, Director of Engagement at AGWA.
