More than 50 industry aspirants and people early in their careers were at ECU last night for the inaugural Perth edition of One Club's Portfolio Night.

Held on the same night in cities around the world, Portfolio Night gives people an opportunity to have their folios and  - in the case of Perth - CVs assessed by senior industry managers and creative directors.

Driven by former Brand Agency senior manager Paul Yole and presented in partnership with the PADC, the Perth event also included advice for account service, strategy, media and digital disciplines. Participating agencies included The Brand Agency, Block, Gatecrasher, J Walter Thompson, 303 MullenLowe, Meerkats, Rare, Southern Cross Austereo and Trilogy.

The night concluded with the announcement of a winner of trip to The One Club Creative Week in New York for the best folio, which was won by Justin Borrowmei.
