The Role 
We are looking for a talented Digital Designer who will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional design across web and mobile applications. You will join a driven, successful and fun team, working across multiple projects for our blue-chip clients.

You will also:
  • Establish a high-end creative design direction for large scale responsive websites, apps and EDMs.
  • Design and create aesthetically striking websites.
  • Work closely with the UX team to ensure a great user experience.
  • Test websites post-development on multiple devices & browsers to ensure they match designs.
  • Create conceptual development, storyboarding, animation & asset development of Flash banner ads.
  • Assist in the strategy and conceptual development of a campaign.
  • Ensure design work produced is of the highest quality and standards, and meets the project brief.
  • Smile, laugh, motivate team mates and play a mean game of table tennis. 
You will have a positive, can-do approach and be passionate about design and all things digital. 

With a minimum of 4 years experience in a digital design role, you will be a collaborative team player, who is honest, creative and have exceptional attention to detail. Previous experience working in a fast-paced creative or agency environment will be highly regarded, as well as a good understanding of front end development.

The Role 
Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Digital Project Manager to join our focused, supportive team and work on large, exciting projects for blue-chip clients.

As our Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple digital projects across a variety of clients, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, on budget, to the correct specifications and to a level of quality that meets client expectations. You will ensure that all agreed project milestones are delivered, through building strong relationships and aligning all stakeholders.

You will also: 
  • Be responsible for successful Project Management, from initial briefing through to completion.
  • Manage project timelines, workflows and budgeting.
  • Coordinate key people to deliver outcomes, working effectively with internal teams.
  • Co-ordinate and prepare scoping and project documentation.
  • Create, implement and manage a thorough testing regime.
  • Identify and pre-empt critical issues that may impact project delivery and implement strategies to mitigate risks. 
  • Analyse and report on campaigns and KPI's.
The right attitude is everything! You will be enthusiastic, proactive and have exceptional communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build and manage successful client relationships. You will be passionate about marketing and all things digital and have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar digital role. A relevant degree or qualification as well as Jira experience will be highly regarded.

PR  & DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATOR - DOWNUNDER GEOSOLUTIONS
DownUnder GeoSolutions (DUG) is a global geosciences company with offices in Perth, London, Houston and Kuala Lumpur. Head office is in Perth, and this is where the role will be based.

DUG is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced Marketing Co-ordinator with a PR focus.

This role will be responsible for:
  • Assisting to develop the company's PR strategy on an international level
  • Write press releases for trade media, and articles for digital newsletters and blog posts.
  • Develop and manage PR campaigns including media lists, photo libraries and content
  • Develop and manage social media initiatives across a range of platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
  • Liaise directly with media partners and develop strong relationships.
  • Produce digital email newsletters for DUG's client base
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance.
  • Working with the Marketing Manager to deliver the company's branding objectives
  • Assist the Marketing Manager on any other marketing activities and administrative duties as required.
The successful applicant will have:
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications in PR and marketing. 
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written skills and experience producing content for press releases, social media and other digital platforms.
  • High level of grammatical knowledge and a hawk eye for detail.
  • Demonstrated media liaison skills,
  • Knowledge of good news angles and experience creating news stories.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. 
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience using digital marketing tools. 
  • Ability to communicate and work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Flexible approach to tackling any task and an enthusiastic and creative manner. 
  • Technical writing skills or experience within the energy sector would be an advantage.

SENIOR ANALYTICS ADVISER - ECU
Love to crunch data and analyse everything digital? We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our new, bigger and better Digital Marketing and Analytics team at ECU.

We are looking for someone who uses their initiative and strong background in data analysis and analytics to deliver customer marketing insight projects such as: customer lifetime value analysis, behavioural modelling, attribution analysis, tagging and tracking, A/B testing, development of dashboards, automated reports and self-service analytics solutions.

The successful candidate will have:
•  A high level of analytical, written and verbal and communication skills with experience in market research and analysis;
•  Five or more years' experience in at least three of the following:
   - Web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics);
   - Business insight tools (such as Tableau);
   - Data management platforms (such as Salesforce DMP (formerly Krux));
   - Data Visualisation Platforms (such as Datorama); or

We are looking for someone who is customer focussed with relevant experience in a similar role to join our newly expanded Digital Marketing and Analytics team.  The successful candidate will also have the following attributes:
  • Relevant experience in a similar role in a large complex organisation;
  • Technical understanding of the use of social media for marketing purposes and experience in working with a range of social media platforms;
