About the role
In this role you will:
  • Manage the day to day accounts

  • Assist with contractor negotiations and on-boarding  processes

The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist interested in furthering their career to join a dynamic and high achieving team on a full-time basis. 

Key responsibilities
In this role you will be responsible for providing ongoing marketing advice and support to the Social Care Division across the country to assist in achieving their business objectives. The Marketing Specialist will deliver strategies and campaigns to support Social Care's acquisition growth targets and implement client engagement and retention strategies. 

About you
The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently engage with a wide range of stakeholders and foster relationships to better understand the marketing opportunities available for Silver Chain social care division nationally. You will be highly organised, have strong attention to detail and be able to develop and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns aimed at multiple target audiences.

You will also meet the following criteria:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in B2C environments
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment whilst balancing competing interests
  • Confident working autonomously with a team focus and also participate effectively with and contribute to the team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience in Health and/or Aged Care industry will be highly regarded
Under the Aged Care act 1997, successful candidates will be required to provide a satisfactory National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
