As well as delighting our clients and trafficking our workflow, the role includes liaising with media, social media management, and assisting with video and radio production.

MEDIA SALES ASSISTANT - SEVEN AFFILIATE SALES PERTH
Are you an office all-rounder looking to join a fun and vibrant team?

Look no further.  Seven Affiliate Sales, representing the GWN7, Prime7, Seven Queensland and the TVNZ network, has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Assistant to join our friendly and results driven sales team.

In this varied role, you'll work closely with our sales team, providing valuable day-to-day office support. You'll be responsible for delivering customer focused service to our clients and for assisting with the management of advertising bookings and processing of revenue generated.  

This position will expose you to all facets of media sales, however if you're looking for a career in television production or journalism, this is NOT the role for you.

To get to the top of our list you'll:

  • have well developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • promote a positive work ethic and a strong team focus
  • have excellent attention to detail and data-entry skills

About the role
Role Responsibilities  will include:
  • Provide advice to clients and staff on all things digital by having an innate desire to keep on top of best digital practice.
  • Design and set up of Wordpress websites
  • Strong understanding of SEO/SEM & use of integration tools that allow for best efficiency
  • Project management of digital projects including hands-on front-end development, content creation, and testing
  • Have a desire to increase group skill set through education of team 
  • Understanding of best reporting tools
  • Proactively put forward recommendations to client without a brief.

Skills and experience
  • Up to 1+ year's experience as a Digital Specialist or Digital Campaign Manager/ Account Manager at a Digital Agency

  • Ability to translate technical information into relevant material for the end user
  • Ability to setup and maintain SEM, SEO, Social Media and Retargeting campaigns 
  • High-level CSS & JavaScript
  • Solid copywriting experience
  • Design skills for online advertising
  • Understands the importance of digital project management, importantly managing deadlines.
  • Experience with WordPress
