Since joining the agency two and a half years ago, James and his teamhave revitalised some of the country’s biggest brands and created someof its most memorable campaigns.

If you have sipped a Pure Blonde, necked a Carlton Dry, eaten a Four’NTwenty pie at the footy, munched on Bega cheese, lusted after aMercedes-Benz, banked with the NAB, just can’t get enough Ski yoghurt, been satisfied by Snickers, had a flutter at Crown, chosen a Duluxcolour, are with HBA, or have been up close and personal with Sorbent, you’ve been touched by James’ work.

As well as being ECD of a record 31 finalists at this year’s MADCawards, the last 12 months have produced work that has captured aplethora of awards.

With James at the helm, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne won eight Lions atCannes this year, more than any other agency in Australia/New Zealand. This haul led to the agency being individually named as a majorcontributor to BBDO winning Network of the Year at Cannes. James’ workalso contributed to BBDO being awarded Network of the Year by The WonReport, named the world’s most awarded network by the Gunn Report andthe Young Guns Network of the Year.

Under his guidance, the agency has also taken out an unprecedentedquadruple this year, winning the Campaign Brief, AdNews and B&T Agency of the Year titles and AWARD Network of the Year.  On top of that, the agency wasnamed Direct Agency of the Year at AdFest and took out the Grand Prixat the APMA Awards.

Over the last year, James’ talents have been recognised internationallyby being asked to judge the One Show; being listed as one of Shotsmagazine’s Top 100 creative talents in the world; and listed as one ofthe top four creative directors in Australia in the 2009 Campaign Brief Creative Rankings.

In the last 12 months, James and his creative department have alsopicked up awards and recognitions at the Clios, the New York Festivals, the Mobius Awards and One Show in the US; the London InternationalAwards, the Shark Awards and D&AD in the UK, AdFest and the PhoenixAwards in Asia and APMA and AWARD locally.
