Palace Sydney team Buckingham and Mahdawi takes out ADFEST’s ‘Young Lotus’ competition

ArwaNic.jpgAs the sponsor of the Australian Young Lotus at ADFEST in 2011, FBI Recruitment ran a competition for all under 30’s working in the Australian advertising industry to win a trip over to AdFest in March 2011; to take part in the Young Lotus workshops as well as attend the main AdFest event.

FBI had an overwhelming response, but there can only be one winning team; Nic Buckingham, art director (pictured right) and Arwa Mahdawi, planner (pictured left) from The Campaign Palace, Sydney. 

Says the team: “We’re thrilled to be chosen as Australia’s representatives at Young Lotus; it’s a great opportunity to meet and learn from great creative talent across Asia Pacific.”

The pair will be flying to Phuket on the 13th March where they willattend the Young Lotus workshop from 14th to 16th giving them theopportunity to become finalists for the Young Lotus Award. The festivalconcludes on the 19th March.
