Former student, now Collingwood captain Nick Maxwell fronts Cubed's Uni of Ballarat campaign
Says Mike Chuter, founding partner of Cubed Communications: "Nick Maxwell is a true demonstration of the University of Ballarat's positioning - learn to succeed."
The
University's Vice-Chancellor, Professor David Battersby, a Sydney Swans
supporter, has no reservations about using a Collingwood footballer as
the face of University of Ballarat. Says Battersby: "This campaign is
about inspiring our current and prospective students with Nick's
learning journey from student to leader. Irrespective of what team or
sport you follow, you can't help but admire Nick's incredible
achievements and leadership qualities."
Maxwell credits the University with helping set him on his own track to success. Says Maxwell: "A big part of my journey was my time here at the University of Ballarat. I learnt so much more than what I studied. The lifestyle helped me to believe in my own ability and think independently."
