Case Study – To attract staff to IKEA’s mega store in Sydney, The Monkeys came up with idea of inserting career instructions placed inside the famous IKEA flat packs.
Customers literally delivered the mailer to themselves. They could then also share it with friends and family.
Not only did it talk directly to those who love the brand, it created a whole new media channel – the flat packs themselves.

You can say what you like about The Monkeys.
But while every other agency is talking about new media, making content and disrupting the way things are done. They’re actually doing it.
I take my hat off to them if only for that.
That’s so cool in this day and age of social media this, app that.
Just putting a good old flyer in the packet. back to the old days but it worked obviously.
A whole new media channel? People… Let’s not start sucking eachother’s dicks just yet. It’s called an insert!
