ms3.jpgMark Stott has reunited with Emerald City Design following a career that spans the UK, the USA and Australia, working initially for The Designers Republic then as a part of Attik Global, ending up as a creative director of Attik Australia at the age of 27.

Throughout that time he worked with a great number of major clients including Coca Cola, Nike and Virgin Mobile.

Stott then started Common Design in 2005 as a boutique design agency concentrating on brand and visual solutions. He has also been the design representative on the board of AWARD, a judge (and award show designer) at AGDA and an ambassador for Typography in Australia.

Stott collaborated extensively with the Emerald City team in the early days of Common.

Says Stott: “I’m relishing the opportunity to get back into directing TV commercials, and to working again with Liv (CD) and Dave (VFX Director) to produce what we hope will be ground breaking work. Signing with Emerald gives me the ability to return to my love of directing and motion whilst still maintaining Common as brand and typographic specialists.”
