David1.jpgHave you ever tried to sell a brilliant creative concept, only to be unfairly rebuffed by “uninspired” or “safe” clients?

David Elsworth, senior vice president for creative strategy & visual identity at Coca-Cola Japan, will give a presentation shedding light on the best way to come up with brilliant ideas in partnership with clients.

12.30-2.30pm

Precinct Hotel, 60 Swan Street, Richmond

Ticket Price: $40 for members, $45 for guests (lunch and complimentary beverage included).

Only 30 places are available, so for more information or to RSVP, email info@madc.com.au as soon as possible.

Born in Australia, Elsworth lives in Japan where he leads a creative unit in Coca-Cola’s second-largest market. At Coca-Cola Japan, he manages advertising, design and a wide range of creative content, collaborating with many agencies to produce films, music videos, exhibitions, art installations, games, packaging and merchandising.

Elsworth is kindly giving a talk to MADC members entitled ‘Winning Creative with the Client’, outlining why so many creative ideas die before they ever see the light of day, and how the best work is merely the product of successfully selling creative brilliance in the guise of business needs.

Challenge your own conventions about what clients want, and reap the benefits.
