Bullseye invited Hale to join the team as creative director during a period of growth to bring further digital transformation to Bullseye clients.

Says Hale: “I found I had a good connection with the management team at Bullseye from the get go. I’m very drawn to the structure of their business and the potential it holds for someone like myself, offering a real opportunity to make a difference both to the business and style of creative work for Bullseye clients. They have smart people in the company, interesting clients and very good relationships with them… three of the most important ingredients for getting great work through to completion. I’m really looking forward to it.”

Says Jason Davey, managing director: “We’re thrilled to be bringing on a creative director of the calibre and creative credentials of Lyndon. I think he’ll be a fantastic fit for Bullseye and our clients.”

Hale is well-known as an industry leader. He has 24 years of experience under his belt and is a regular feature on judging panels including The Creative Showcase awards, IAB Awards 2011 and 2012, Award Awards 2012, News Digital Young Lions in 2011 and ADMA in 2011.

He also has been recognised by many awards schemes including B&T, D&AD, New York Festivals, Cannes Cyber Lions, Clio, IAB Awards UK & Australia, IAB Creative Showcase UK & Australia, Loerie Awards (SA) and Spada Awards (SA).
