Nice. The TV spot is still alive.
Very well done, but not hard to miss the fact that Burnetts, perhaps a little gun shy from the beatings taken by other agencies on this site, has chosen to omit the credits.
As smooth as blogs are rough.
Finally a decent australian tvc has been made this year.
Well done.
Like it. Love the barely concealed insanity of the guy.
Why no credits?
Awesome! Been awhile since I actually saw something I liked!! 🙂
Bravo Leo’s… Post house? Director? Sound?
Agreed.
I would have been overjoyed to put my name to this.
The tongue makes me think of beer. I don’t know why.
AWESOME!!
LOVE!
The radio spots were good, this is a nice companion to them, extra marks for the flapping fish tail and the line that everything tastes like chicken to us.
Thank God.
I was beginning to doubt whether I’d ever see another good ad.
Love it. Great work Leos.
Very entertaining, but it’s hard to get rid of the nagging feeling that it’s not wise to put a tongue with the ability to locomote under its own power in a booze ad for anything other than Tooheys Dry which, as a result of its own success, owns the territory now whether you like it or not. The campaign theme has so many possibilities, it’s a rich vein, why would you launch it with this – admittedly superbly-produced- one?
love it.. great music.
Credits?
agree about including the tongue. But other than that, it’s a lovely spot.
As the bishop said to the prostitute. “There is enough tongue for everyone”
Good work guys!
(And why doesn’t anyone on this blog use their real names?)
@Dominic
Yeah, Susan, I mean Dominic, why don’t they?
Psyop in the US, repped by Revolver here, for Leos locally with AD Mike Swinburne and Copy by Matt Felix for CD Tim Green, ECD Andy D.
music/sound by song zu
The choice of music really fits. Amazing indeed.
That catfish makes me watch the commercial all over again. Nice presentation.
