WiTH Collective hires Karinne Limberiou + Ben White in account director + senior designer roles

Independent agency WiTH Collective has appointed two new staff members; Karinne Limberiou (left) joins as an account director, and part of the agency management team, and Ben White (right) joins as a senior designer.

The new hires follow new business wins including the McWilliams Wines Group, Woolworths Money and Veda Advantage, as well organic growth across existing clients.

Says Justin Hind, CEO of WiTh Collective: “Last year our revenue grew 78% and we started work with 17 new brands so we are continuing to hire key talented people who are in line with our growth strategy. We have now grown out of our existing two floors and are currently fitting out a third floor in our Surry Hills building.”

Limberiou joins from Pusher where she’s been a group account director since March 2012 after 18 months as a business director at DDB Sydney. Prior to DDB, Limberiou launched an online clothing company, Hula Hut, selling Australian labels. She’s also spent three years as an account director at BMF and two years as an account manager at Ogilvy & Mather Sydney. Limberiou has worked for clients including McDonald’s, Lion Nathan, AUSTAR, Dairy Farmers and GlaxoSmithKline.

White joins after spending the past few months freelancing at the agency, working on projects for Bonds, Landcare and Woolworths Money. He has previously worked as a senior designer at Deloitte Digital for 18 months, and before that was at Saatchi & Saatchi Auckland. White has also worked as a freelance digital designer at various agencies including Moon, Future Buro, and MassMedia. He has worked for clients including Hyundai Australia, Westpac and Audi.
