Says Reisinger: “Every time we have a writing session Adam moans and wails about his day job as the CA$H COW on Channel 7’s Sunrise. After hearing enough humiliating stories I realised his pain was comedy gold.”

The film features cameos from Sunrise’s hosts Mel and Kochie. In addition to great performances from co-Star Aaron Glennane, (recently seen in Drift alongside Sam Worthington), as well as Steve Hunter, last seen in the Hobbit.

CA$H COW is the the third collaboration between Dunn and Reisinger. They met filming the ‘Sponsor the Whitehouse‘ campaign that won gongs all over the world including 5 Cannes Lions and inclusion in the D&AD book. Their short film “STATUS UPDATE – A Facebook Fairytale” won the Special Jury Prize at New York’s famous Friars Club – whose members include some of America’s greatest comedians including Adam Sandler and Jerry Seinfeld.
