How would Kiwi men feel if the tables were turned on their precious beards? Would they be more inclined to get the razors out?
In this series of outdoor posters, Schick and Y&R New Zealand are asking the question this Valentine’s Day: Would you kiss you?

But I’d dry hump me.
This campaign makes me seriously think about changing my name.
Kind of funny but kind of irrelevant as well.
People with beards aren’t in the market for razors. They know they have a beard and know whether their intimate other is into it or not.
The market is people who shave but who don’t use the Schick brand.
So, the idea of don’t sandpaper your chick’s face this VD is a better strategy.
Unfortunately, it’s a lamer visual.
(I used to work in the industry and now swing by now and then because I enjoy it. I also have had a beard from time to time and my wife says that after a few days of growth, it’s fine.).
I wouldn’t go so far as to kiss me, but I have been known to make love to myself.
shouldn’t it be a blokes head in chicks clothing, instead of chicks with facial hair?
Jase With A Full Stop is right on the money.
Shame, because “would you kiss you” is (strategically, at least), right on the money as well. Just needs a different execution.
(PS: I suffer from extra-slow erections, but my wife says that after a few days of growth, it’s fine.)
I am so fucking over beards. Yesterdays look and news.
Nice one Josh and great photography from Fraser.
Agree with jase. And nobody gets rid of a beard with a razor. Frisking painful. Scissors, trimmers then a razor but not a razor full stop. Ouch.
Isn’t a campaign.
