Say no to the corporate banana 1.jpgAll Good Bananas has collaborated with Special Group to push the unique Fairtrade certification of their bananas in an eye-catching way in a new outdoor, instore and magazine campaign asking New Zealanders to ‘Say no to the corporate banana’.

It’s a cheeky response to large corporate overseas banana companies making misleading ethical claims about their bananas, that aren’t supported by independent third party verification.

Says Simon Coley, from All Good: “A lot of companies make claims that they’re ethical and good. We want people to know they can trust our bananas are just that; good for the growers, good for land and bought here by a bunch of Kiwis with the same values as them.”

Say no to the corporate banana 2.jpgSays Tony Bradbourne, Special Group’s creative director: “The idea that not all bananas are created equal is quite interesting. We wanted to dramatise this in a positive way and let people know that they do have a choice.”

Special Group has collaborated with All Good on several projects recently – the packaging of All Good’s Karma Cola and the freshly released Gingerella Ginger Ale.
