Says Rob Belgiovane, executive creative director: “With BWM continuing to expand we are thrilled to have brought back some familiar faces, plus a new face into the creative department. Our creative team is a great combination of talent.”

Previously holding senior roles on the Telstra BigPond account at BMW from 2004-2006, Lavery and MacNamara now return ‘home’.

Since 2006, MacNamara and Lavery spent two years at Clemenger BBDO and then did a mix of agency and freelance work, many times still working together. MacNamara was creative director for The Works for almost two years and Lavery free-lanced for Droga5 including a six month stint as a creative director. Hailing from the United Kingdom, both had extensive experience in top agencies in London before moving to Australia.

New Zealand born Boyd spent several years in the UK working in digital and traditional agency departments for TribalDDB, Publicis and VCCP London. Moving to Australia in 2011, Boyd held a variety of freelance positions before bringing his truly integrated approach to a full time role at BWM.

Says Rocky Ranallo, creative director of BWM: “These three guys will be great contributors to the creative products of BWM. They have all proven themselves and are a perfect fit with BWMs culture. I’m really looking forward to the year ahead.”
