Starcom Australia leads Aussie agency pack at shortlist stage of Festival of Media Awards 2013

Doug-Pitt.jpgStarcom Australia has been shortlisted for seven prestigious Festival of Media Awards making it the most shortlisted Australian agency just beating UM Australia with six and Icon Communications with five.

Other agencies that were shortlisted include Seven West, Seven Network, razor, Naked Communications, OMD and Zenithoptimedia.

Starcom Australia’s seven finalists are from three campaigns, Virgin Mobile’s Fair Go Bro, the Million Kilo Challenge for Network Ten and Pedigree Underdogs.

UM Australia’s six finalists include campaigns from Ecco’s Longest Catwalk, My QuitBuddy and McDonald’s Get Grilled.

 

Starcom MediaVest is also tied as the most shortlisted global network with 33 finalists.

 

In 2012, Starcom Australia won the Festival of Media Agency of the Year award, one of the media industry’s highest accolades.
