Laminex Australia appoints Ogilvy Melbourne as creative agency partner for its essastone brand

essastone bone white.jpgOgilvy Group Melbourne has continued its winning streak, edging out several other leading agencies to be appointed by Laminex Australia to its premium essastone brand.

Comprising strategy, digital and creative spanning TV and print, the essastone brand campaign was won by Ogilvy following a competitive pitch. The agency will begin work immediately for the leading provider of decorative surfaces, developing a strategy that will “further establish essastone as the superior premium surface of choice in Australia,” said Ogilvy Group Melbourne’s managing director Peter Horovitz.

Laminex Australia’s marketing communications manager, Adam Jarski, said the agency was

appointed for its ability to “understand our business needs for the essastone brand, demonstrate the ability to provide a solid creative platform to engage with our key audiences, and take the brand forward.”

The essastone campaign win is the second major appointment in as many weeks for Ogilvy Group Melbourne; the agency recently won the coveted Melbourne Food and Wine Festival account also following a competitive process.
