Brookfield Residential Properties picks Brisbane based agency iCreate Solutions as digital agency

iCreate_staff.jpgOne of Australia’s most prolific property developers, Brookfield Residential Properties, has selected iCreate Solutions, a small Brisbane-based digital marketing agency, to manage the digital marketing for its new Bluewater Estate in Cairns.

The campaign will see iCreate Solutions target empty-nesters and families through a comprehensive advertising campaign that will include print, radio, TV, social, outdoor and online channels.

iCreate Solutions will develop the core creative and work with specialists in areas such as media buying, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising to target potential buyers. The initial campaign, called ‘20,000 reasons’ will run throughout the year and include promotions and social media activity.

Bluewater Estate is Cairns’ most coveted new address, close to amenities yet surrounded by nature. The master-planned community integrates a variety of parkland, rainforest and waterfront home sites and a 108-berth marina spread over 155 hectares in Cairns’ Trinity Park.
