Honda Dream Installation at Arts Centre.jpgHonda Australia is bringing dreams to life with a new interactive art installation that has been unveiled in the forecourt of the Arts Centre precinct in Melbourne.

Says Stephen Collins, Honda Australia director: “This installation was created from Honda’s philosophy of dreaming. Honda was founded by one of the world’s biggest dreamers, Mr Soichiro Honda and we are always looking for opportunities to continue this proud heritage of pushing boundaries, thinking laterally and dreaming big.”

The “Dream” installation has been created using laser-cut stainless steel and comes to life when someone steps within a few metres of it and is enveloped by a bespoke sound.  The installation is fitted with a series of small spy holes that open up a world of dreams, allowing the viewer a glimpse into a life of unlimited potential.

The installation is also a catalyst to enter one of Honda Australia’s biggest competitions ever: the chance for someone to win $50,000 to achieve their dreams. Whatever the dream may be, this competition puts the entrant firmly in the driver’s seat of achieving it.
