ADMA Victoria branch flies along with Qantas Loyalty CMO Stephanie Tully on 17 October

Tully will speak about enhancing loyalty and rewards through smart partnerships, discussing the evolution of Qantas Frequent Flyer and Qantas Loyalty, the impact of the partner coalition, and what she believes is next in store for loyalty marketing as a practice.

Tully’s 15 years of customer strategy and marketing experience from the aviation, retail and professional services industries helps her to lead the Qantas Loyalty marketing team to develop brand and marketing strategies and to execute multi-channel brand, member and partner communications.

She is passionate in the belief that customers are the most powerful marketers and that the key to ongoing success is knowing and authentically engaging customers as individuals.
