New Zealand Transport Agency has launched a new TVC centred around drug driving via Clemenger BBDO, New Zealand.
In the spot three Maori boys find themselves in a situation familiar to most kids growing up in New Zealand – sitting outside in the car, waiting for one of their dads to come out and drive one of them home. The only thing is, the dad has been blazing, and the kids know it. Viewers watch them change from comical to contemplative, as they examine their own awareness of their dads’ behaviour in the raucous, imaginative way only young boys can.

saw this on FB and people were all over it.
no doubt its really nicely done but i was really struggling to find the point that carried the message
Great little short film that wanders around for a few minutes looking for a point.
Love it. Reckon I’ll watch it again when I’m off my head. While driving.
@boogy you need to find some better quality stuff.
I was hoping for another ‘ghost chips’. Unfortunately, that’s not what I got.
I found this a bit boring and I don’t really think it leaves you with anything.
just makes me want to take the piss out of their accent, cuz.
wucked.
I’ve watched this about 5 times now… absolutely love it. The other bit they did around the shop owners was awesome too.
To me it was a great piece and if you can’t get the message you’ve had way too many cones
Great casting, acting, writing and idea… What’s not to like… Outstanding work
Made me remember how good smoking weed is. Thanks Clems.
