Valentines appointment underscores the agency’s continued expansion at its Sydney office. Hoyne’s apparent growth stems from new work for clients including Coles, NewsLink, Australian Unity, Frasers Property, Mirvac, Great Dane, Dinosaur Designs and the City of Parramatta.

Valentine has built an impressive reputation in the Australian industry as a brand and marketing strategist from both agency and client perspectives. Valentine’s passion for building brands and creating engaging customer experiences will augment Hoyne’s ongoing success.

Valentine’s most recent role was as senior strategist with Landor Associates, and in the 20-plus years of his experience he has led his own design business and held leadership roles for companies such as George Patterson Bates, Foster’s and McGrath Estate Agents. Valentine’s wealth of property marketing experience and personal passion for property is set to enhance Hoyne’s already outstanding reputation in the sector.

Says Valentine: “I was excited by the quality of design work, strategic thinking and Hoyne’s leadership in the brand and property space. The combination of my role at McGrath Estate Agents and the property marketing I’ve done in the past 10 years demonstrates my enthusiasm for this sector and will enhance the Hoyne offering.”

The roll call of clients that Valentine has worked for includes John Holland, Citibank, LJ Hooker, Frasers Property, Goodman, Digitalpress, St Hilliers, Ray White, Moët Hennessy, the Australian Institute of Sport and News Corp Australia.

Also like Andrew Hoyne, Valentine enjoys sharing his insights and often guest lectures on marketing and brand strategy topics for various educational and industry bodies.

Says principal, Andrew Hoyne: “Lee understands how to create strategies that have measurable business impact and deliver insights that guide a company’s thinking, communications and behaviour. Our clients will benefit substantially from this knowledge and I am incredibly excited to see how the business progresses with the input of such a respected and astute new member of the team. Plus, he’s a good guy, and I know our clients and staff will really enjoy working with him.”
