Alison Michalk Quiip Headshot_1200crop.jpgAustralia’s leading online community management and moderation services provider Quiip has continued its rapid business growth, announcing two new business wins.

Fuelled by growing recognition of the need for expert support and around the clock management of online communities and social media monitoring, Quiip has added Cancer Council NSW and cancer support charity Redkite to its client portfolio.

In addition, Quiip extends its partnership with leading online youth mental health service ReachOut.com, providing out of hours support for ReachOut’s online community. Quiip is also providing ongoing out of hours community management and social media services to Redkite and the project for Cancer Council NSW covers service provision over the Christmas/New Year holiday period.

In other new business developments, Quiip has recently been working with Network Ten on The Bachelor and with Foxtel on the Crime & Investigation Network.

Says Quiip CEO Alison Michalk (pictured above): “Quiip’s success this year reflects a maturing industry, with online community management increasingly recognised as a business imperative by organisations across the board who understand the need to be on top of their online channels 24/7. The foresight shown by Cancer Council NSW in appointing Quiip to cover the holiday period is a timely reminder to other organisations to ensure they have continuity of online community management in place even if their business is closed for holidays.”

Says Jenni Beattie, social media strategy manager at Cancer Council NSW: “I have the utmost confidence that Quiip will be an excellent support in providing online moderation services to our crucial social media platforms. They have previously offered expert advice regarding our community management guidelines and manual, proving to be a vital partner of the Cancer Council NSW.”
