AJF Partnership Sydney lures Felicity Buckham and Maria Dagh as writer and art director team
Independent creative agency AJF Partnership is expanding its Sydney creative capabilities, hiring Felicity Buckham (top) and Maria Dagh (bottom) as a writer and art director team.
Says Adam Rose, AJF Partnership Sydney creative director and founding partner: “Felicity and Maria bring genuine talent, energy and enthusiasm to our creative department. Social is naturally at the heart of their thinking. Given many purchasing decisions are made by women, the girls bring valuable insights to the agency and our clients.”
Prior to joining AJF Partnership Sydney, Dagh and Buckham had paired for working stints at BWM and Droga5 and they have worked on brands including Sanitarium, TAB, Bank of Queensland, Fuso and iiNet.
Says Buckman, copywriter: “We chose AJF Partnership because they believe in business-changing ideas and we want to raise our thinking to this level, with social still at the core.”
AJF Partnership is one of Australia’s largest and most effective independent creative agencies with more than 110 staff in Melbourne and Sydney.

They’re better. I thought that was implied by saying female…
Well deserved! Strong young talent, and lovely too. Top score AJF.

Such progressive thinking. Does your finance department enjoy working on abacuses?
