review property is operated by Metro Media Publishing (MMP), which also  publishes 15 high quality lifestyle magazines and local newspapers in Melbourne that are distributed to around 1 million homes weekly. MMP also manages the sale of all Domain products in Victoria.

Says Paul Tyrrell, MMP marketing director: “Firstly, we need to hit educate the market that a unique new property portal with about 400,000 listings has hit the market.

“But we also need to educate the market that our site is genuinely different. We are leveraging our quality lifestyle content to provide a unique user experience.

“Our hyper-local content will help inform people about individual suburbs – not just property information, but the local schools, restaurants, medical services and even the local mechanic.”

Admark Communications was responsible for the creative direction with media strategy and implementation led by Vizeum Melbourne.

Tyrrell said the advertising campaign uses postcodes creatively to demonstrate reviewproperty.com.au’s knowledge of individual suburbs and the range of content it offers.

“The campaign encourages people to take a good look around the suburb before they buy, and hence they should take a good look around reviewproperty.com.au.”

Says Travis Day, Vizeum’s general manager: “It’s refreshing to have a new player in the category with a clear point of difference. Their local market knowledge gives buyers and vendors not just an alternative, but an advantage. We really focused on using media as a utility at every possible juncture in the buyer cycle to help showcase review property’s USPs. They are a clever team that is well led and we are certain their impact will felt in the market.

Tyrrell said Admark and Vizeum had been terrific to work with.

Says Tyrrell: “They really understood the complex category, internal stakeholders and the challenging communications brief.”

Advertising opportunities on review property.com.au can be tailored down suburb specific placement or at a global level, with inventory including display, local listings, lead generation and pre roll video to name a few.
