Farmers Union Iced Coffee launches new spots in latest campaign via AJF Partnership, Melbourne
This week sees the second of two new TVCs break in the latest campaign for Farmers Union Iced Coffee by AJF Partnership.
The brand, a much loved South Australian icon, has established the line ‘It’s a Farmers Union Iced Coffee or it’s nothing’ over many years and this still strongly reflects the views of passionate consumers today.
Says Ian Jankelowitz, Farmers Union Iced Coffee senior brand manager: “The new campaign is about showing how much South Australians love their iced coffee and the lengths they go to for it.”
The new TVCs, ‘Armageddon’ and’Sad Farewell’ bring this thought to life through dilemmas faced by true Farmers Union Iced Coffee fans.
In keeping with the brand’s roots, and reflecting the wishes of the target audience, both executions were filmed at iconic South Australian locations in and around Adelaide by Goodoil Films, and were directed by Matt Murphy.
The TVCs will air in South Australia, Northern Territory and Queensland over the coming weeks and can be viewed on the brand’s YouTube channel and Facebook page.

Haha Armageddon is hilarious
Poo’d in my hand. Didn’t slap the TV.
Hahaha, good ads!
Best beer ad of the year isn’t a beer ad at all. Blokes will love these.
woop woop
well done all round
Sad farewell is great.
Armageddon not so much.
These are terrible.
What does “farewell” have to do with the positioning…
Hey ?, the only thing terrible here is your creative judgement.
I like these both but they feel like 2 alternate executions as opposed to part of the same campaign.
On the occasions when I have wanted an iced coffee I have always bought this brand out of loyalty for what once was a South Australian Icon. This advertisement is the absolute bottom, and this brand has gone of my list forever.
