Revolver/Will O’Rourke MD and EP Michael Ritchie and Finch EP and founder Robert Galluzzo to sit on 2014 A-List Hollywood jury

The A-List Hollywood, the global competition honouring creative excellence and innovation at the crossroads of advertising and entertainment, today announce judges for its Film Advertising Craft categories and New Directors Showcase.

Representing Australia on the jury is Michael Ritchie (left), managing director and executive producer at Revolver/Will O’Rourke in Sydney and Robert Galluzzo (right), executive producer and founder, Finch, Sydney.

Says Laura Gregory, founder and executive producer, Great Guns, London: “Awards shows are duty bound to award great ideas. The A-List Hollywood Awards does that and more, it awards creativity and brave execution.”

Film Advertising Craft Awards

The Awards are presented in 11 categories including: Best Direction, Best Production, Best Editing, Best Visual Effects, Best International Commercial and more.

Short Films

The A-List Hollywood Film Advertising Craft Awards & Festival will be held in conjunction with Los Angeles International Short Film Festival. As part of this collaboration, we are inviting the creative’s from the advertising industry to submit their short film and music video for festival inclusion. All categories are welcome including narrative, documentary, music video, animation and branded content.

New Directors Showcase

The Directors Showcase is open to directors of all formats and styles, who have directed Commercials, Film, TV or New Media, after January 2013. Shortlisted entries will be showcased July 29, 2014 during festival. Entries must be under 5 minutes, you may take excerpts from up to 3 pieces of work including but not limited to: animation, music videos, branded content, feature films, shorts, spec commercial, web content.
