bb.jpgThe One Club, the world’s foremost non-profit organization recognizing creative excellence in advertising and design, has today announced the Interactive judges for the 2015 One Show Awards.

Thirty-six digital leaders from around the world have been selected to judge what is considered by many to be the most prestigious awards show for creatives in the world. From Australia brand and communication consultant Bridget Jung (above, left) will sit on the Interactive jury and GPY&R Melbourne chief creative officer Ben Coulson (above, right) will sit on the Mobile jury.

The One Show’s Interactive judges are organized by four categories: Interactive, Mobile, Social and UX/UI.

Says Kevin Swanepoel, president of The One Club: “The One Show’s Interactive judges are some of the best creatives in the world and will be judging work specific to their areas of expertise. For example, UX/UI judges will exclusively judge work within the UX/UI category. It’s especially critical to have granular judging within the Interactive categories to ensure that the nuances and intricacies of digital work is being fully appreciated by professionals with the corresponding technical understanding and creative sensibilities.”

Unlike at any other awards show, Interactive winners will have the opportunity to present their awarded work on the main stage at Creative Week New York, the preeminent festival celebrating the intersection of advertising and the arts, in front of thousands of creative leaders from around the world. Interactive Gold Pencil winners will be honored at the prestigious One Show Awards on May 08, 2015 at Alice Tully Hall, Lincoln Center in New York City.

Last year, The One Show received 21,300 submissions from 63 countries around the world. Forsman & Bodenfors, on the strength of their ubiquitous “Epic Split” campaign for Volvo Trucks, won Digital Agency of the Year.
