PAPIRFLY Marc van den Berg2.jpgEx M&C Saatchi group operations director Marc van den Berg launches Papirfly Australia, a technology company that revolutionises the way that brand and marketing teams manage, create and share brand & marketing communications.

Founded in Norway in 2000, Papirfly now has offices in Norway, Denmark, UK, USA and Sydney. Papirfly Australia will focus on the retail and banking sectors, helping Brand and Marketing teams to easily, quickly and effectively manage, create and share brand & marketing communications, via its proprietary cloud based technology platform.

Papirfly’s technology platform includes 8 specialist modules including a fully customisable brand portal (intranet), a fully integrated digital asset management system, and a number of specialist production modules targeted at the creation, management and distribution of brand and marketing communications across print & digital channels. The Papirfly platform also has an inbuilt approval & workflow engine, whilst being language independent allowing for global deployments.

The benefits of Papirfly’s technology platform include being cloud based, enabling non-specialist resources to create content without having to use 3rd party software like InDesign, and the ability for brand and marketing teams to create multi-channel communications in minutes, not days or weeks. This then allows brand and marketing functions to not only to save significant amounts of time, but allows teams the ability to divert budgets and energy to more strategic focus areas, such as consumer targeting, consumer experience & wider digital marketing initiatives, such as the deployment of Adobe’s experience manager platform.

Says van den Berg: “I am delighted to launch Papirfly in Australia. The traditional ways of producing brand & marketing communications is expensive, time consuming and antiquated, which is why our technology platform gives us a fantastic opportunity to revolutionise how Australian companies manage, create and share communications.”

Papirfly already has over 150 clients globally including Rolls Royce, Citi bank, Compass Group, Credit-Suisse, Procter & Gamble, BP, Freshfields, KORN Ferry International and Ferrero, but it sees Australasia as a key growth market.
